The Gold’s Gym rebounder is called the Circuit Trainer. They call it this because it comes with these elastic bands attached to the frame which you can use to also workout your upper body, which is a nice touch. That’s about where the niceness ends.
Your first warning sign with the Gold’s Gym Circuit Trainer is that it only costs $30 – $40, depending where you look. It is sold by Walmart, Sears and Amazon, so that should tell you something.
It should also be pointed out that this rebounder comes with a little electronic monitor to measure time, calories burned and number of jumps. This is a pretty nifty feature you won’t find on any other models.
However, this mini trampoline just doesn’t cut it. The bounce is uneven and quite stiff. It’s a little jarring and mostly unpleasant.
If you want to get a full body workout while rebounding, the Freedom Spring System is much more safe, stable and enjoyable. The Circuit Trainer is just a run of the mill cheap rebounder.
Our Recommendation: This is a piece of junk rebounder. Don’t buy it. If you do, use it very gently so you don’t hurt yourself.
